摘要
目的:探讨矫正内眦赘皮的最佳方法。方法:2003-08/2004-10收治内眦赘皮39例,均采用临蹼处三角形皮肤切除联合眦部眼轮匝肌切除的皮肤—肌肉双层成形术矫正内眦赘皮。结果:术后内眦赘皮消失,泪阜部显露,内眦角自然,无可见性瘢痕。结论:皮肤—肌肉双层成形术是目前矫正内眦赘皮最好的方法之一。
AIM： To explore the best method to correct epicanthus. METHODS： From August 2003 to October 2004, the epicanthus of 39 patients was corrected by skin-muscle double-layer plasty-triangle skin resection and orbicular muscle resection. RESULTS： The patients＇ epicanthus disappeared with exposed lacrimal caruncle and unartificial intercanthus angle, and no obvious scar after operation. CONCLUSION： The method of skin-muscle double-layer plasty is one of the best methods to correct epic.anthus.
