摘要
目的:描述玻璃体视网膜手术后眼内充填气体、硅油的B超表现。方法:用法国光太标准化A/B超声诊断仪对115例玻璃体视网膜手术后的患者用上述方法进行观察分析。结果:填充气体及硅油后眼内气体或硅油后的结构不能看到,但通过改变患者头位及体位,可全方位探查玻璃体及视网膜情况。结论:用B超通过改变患者体位可准确可靠地观察玻璃体视网膜手术后的眼后节情况。
AIM： To describe the B-scan ultrasonographic manifestation of intraocular stuff gas and silicon oil after vitreous and retinal surgery. METHODS： B standardization ultrasonic diagnosis was used on 115 patients having undergone the vitreous and retinal surgery. RESULTS： The intraocular structure could not be observed after intraocular gas or silicon oil stuffing, but the vitreous and retinal conditions could be completely seen by changing patients＇ postures. CONCLSION： It is exact and reliable to evaluate the posterior segment constitution after vitreous and retinal operation with B-scan through changing patients＇s postu res.
