摘要
目的:评价外伤性骨缺损即刻种植的临床特点及近期疗效。方法:12例患者共26个牙位在缺牙后2周或根折牙拔除时植入种植体,由于骨缺损全部同时植骨,并覆盖可吸收膜。平均5个月后行Ⅱ期手术,暴露种植体,修复牙冠。修复后追踪时间平均18个月。结果:26颗种植体完全成功19颗,基本成功7颗,修复后至最后1次复查,临床效果良好。结论:外伤性骨缺损行即刻种植临床方法可行,近期效果好,具有避免残留骨吸收,减少一次手术创伤,种植体位置与轴向好,修复美学效果好等特点,但要掌握其适应征。
Objectives ： To evaluate the clinical characters and initial effects of immediate implantation in the area of traumatical bone absence. Methods： This study comprises 12 patients who had root fracture or teeth dislocation . The teeth number was 26. The implantation was carried out immediately or two weeks later. We also use bone graft and absorbable membrane in the bone absence area. Ⅱ-stage operation was carried out about 5 months later, which uncovered the dental implant, and repaired the teeth. Results： We traced the effect of the treatment in the following 18 months. We discovered that among 26 implants, 19 implants were complete success, the others were also ok. Conclusion： The method of immediate implantation which took place in the area of traumatical bone absence is feasible. The early - stage effect is good. This method can avoid rudimental bone tissue absorption and reduce one operation. In clinical practice, we must control the indication of the operation strictly.
