摘要
〗目的:研究胎盘组织液-CPC(自固化磷酸钙人工骨)复合材料修复骨缺损。方法:在W istar大白鼠切牙远中牙槽骨处做骨缺损模型,缺损处植入胎盘组织液-CPC复合物为实验组、生理盐水-CPC复合物为阳性对照组和缺损区不加任何物质为空白对照组。同等条件饲养下,分别于术后2、4、8周处死动物,取材进行病理组织观察分析。结果:经组织学观察与分析,术后2、4、8周实验组的成骨量均高于其他两个对照组,它们之间均存在统计学差异。结论:胎盘组织液-CPC复合体能够积极地促进修复骨缺损。
Objective: To investigate the repair of defected bone by means of placenta tissue and calcium phosphate cement (CPC) composite. Methods: Several artificial models of bone defects in the alveolar of white mouse were set up. Then three groups were classified:to implant composition of placeta and CPC to bone defects as expriment group,to implant CPC to bone defects as control group and to implant nothing to bone defects as blank control group. After 2,4,8 weeks, three groups of animals were sacrificed respectively, then the implantation samples were sent for microscopic observation and analysis. Results: The experimental group had more new bone than the other control groups. Statistical difference could be observed among them. Conclusion: It has been shown through the experiment that composite made of placenta tissue and CPC can promote the repair of bone defects actively and positively.
