摘要
目的探讨AF内固定治疗胸腰段脊柱骨折的临床疗效.方法对26例胸腰段脊柱骨折行AF内固定.结果平均随访16个月,术后伤椎高度和Cobb角均有满意的恢复,神经功能按Frankel分级有1～3级改善.结论AF内固定治疗胸腰段脊柱骨折操作简单、固定牢靠、疗效优良.
Objective To investigate the application method and effect of AF internal fixation for thoracic and lumbar fractures. Methods 26 cases of thoracic and lumbar fractures were treated with AF internal fixation. Results All cases were followed up for 16 months on average. The affected vertebra height and Cobb＇s angle were restored satisfactorily, and the neural function recovered with 1 - 3 Frankel grades. Conclusions AF internal fixation for thoracic and lumbar fractures requires simple manipulation and can provide rigid fixation and satisfactory effect.
