转型期我国合资企业劳动关系影响因素分析——以HME公司为例

摘要 从布鲁斯·考夫曼(Bruce E.Kaufman)和保罗·爱德华(Paul Edwards)这两位劳动关系研究学者的观点出发,对其进行综合分析,并找出影响劳动关系和谐的因素,在此基础上对合资企业代表——杭芝机电有限公司(以下简称HME)的劳动关系进行考察分析。
