Er,Cr:YSGG激光是新一代水动力生物激光系统,其特性和优势正在口腔医疗的应用中越来越受到关注,该文对Er,Cr:YSGG激光对于牙体组织的去龋能力、清除玷污层和蚀刻作用以及对于牙周病变牙根表面的杀菌、去除菌斑和牙石的能力等方面的研究进展进行综述。
Er,Cr:YSGG laser was a new generation water power biological laser system.It had gained more and more attention in stomatological application for its'features and advantages.This article was written to make a summary of the research progresses of Er,Cr:YSGG laser in such aspacts as follows:1.The abihty of Er,Cr YSGG laser to remove the carious tissure.2.The ability to eliminate the smear layer and etching action as well as the ability to sterilize and remove the plaques and tartars on the root surfaces suffered from periodontal diseases.
