摘要
对近10年来CNKI中收录的关于图书馆人力资源管理研究论文进行统计,分别从发文年代、载文刊物、作者及其所属机构、关键词、论文主题等进行计量分析,总结我国图书馆人力资源管理研究现状,并提出发展建议.
Taking the CNKI database as the source origin,this paper analyses the research papers on humam resource management of the library in China from 2001 to 2010.A quantitative analysis is made from the Publication time,journals,authors,author′s units,keywords and paper topics.The study summarizes the status of China′s humam resource management of the library and put forward some suggestions.
