在市场竞争环境日益复杂化的今天,企业标准化工作是协助企业赢得市场竞争的关键点之一。主要介绍了目前企业实施标准化工作中存在的问题,管理者在企业标准化工作中的作用及需要采取的对策。
In the time that the environment of market complex on the up-and-up,standardize works in Enterprises becomes one of key points to win the market competition.In this paper,the existing problems in the implement of standardize works in enterprises are analyzed,the effect of supervisors on standardize works in enterprise are introduced,and the contermeasures are put forward.
