摘要
在综合分析某农药厂的基础上,运用事故树分析法、美国道化学公司火灾爆炸指数评价法等安全分析方法,对该农药厂的危险源进行了定性、定量的分析。通过对潜在危险源的辨识,识别与系统相关的主要危险危害因素,鉴别产生危害的原因,估计和鉴别危害对系统的影响,将危险危害分级,为安全管理、预防、控制事故提供依据。
Based on a comprehensive analysis of the pesticide factory in specific situations,the system safety analysis methods are used,such as Fault Tree Analysis and the Dow methods,for the purpose of the qualitative and quantitative analysis to the hazards identification of the pesticide factory.After the identification of potentially dangerous source,get a recognition of the main risk factors which are relate to system.Then identify the causes of harm,estimate and identify the impact of hazards on the system.The risk of harm will be graded for safety management,accident prevention and control provide.
