摘要
分析了某变速箱试验时的异常振动和噪声原因。先对一台样机测试其各挡稳定过程的振动和噪声信号,再对测得的信号进行功率谱密度分析。之后,运用Pro/Engineer建立了变速箱壳体的实体模型,并用OptiStruct软件进行了壳体前端面加零位移约束的模态分析;计算了各挡齿轮的啮合频率,分析了壳体的模态频率与齿轮啮合频率对振动和噪声信号功率谱中峰值的影响。最后根据分析结果,提出对壳体的改进建议,以达到变速箱减振降噪的目的。
Make the gearbox as the research object,after it produced abnormal vibration and noise in the test,the reason is analyzed.The vibration and noise signal of its stable process of all speed were tested,testing signal power spectrum distribution were analyzed.Use Pro/Engineer to establish a physical model of gearbox housing,than use software OptiStruct to get its restrict mode of plusing zero displacement on the former surface of the housing.Also the frequency of each gear seshing gears is calculated,the influence of the frequency with the measured vibration and noise signal power spectrum is analyzed.Finally,based on the analysis,get the improved advice of the housing,to reach the purpose of reducing vibration and noise of the gearbox.
