摘要
轧机入口台限动小车在生产无缝钢管过程中会遇到芯棒冷却效果不充分、芯棒接手操作不方便等问题,对其进行了改进设计。改进后的限动小车芯棒冷却效果充分,芯棒接手操作方便,在生产中取得了良好的效果。
The multistand carriage of mill inlet stage comes across the problems that the cooling effect of mandril is not sufficient and operating mandril coupler is not convenient.The paper analyzed the problems and modified it.After modification,the cooling effect of mandril is sufficient and mandril coupler is operated easily.It made a great effect in producing.
