摘要
针对泥沙泵叶轮的磨损问题,提出包覆耐磨层的抗磨措施,利用Moldflow软件进行成型工艺的计算机辅助分析,确定了最佳浇注系统的设计方案,为成型模具结构设计提供了重要依据。
Against the abrasion of impeller in mud pump,this paper puts forward a measure in which an anti-abrasion layer covers the impeller.Based on the CAE of molding layer by using Moldflow,the optimized runner system is designed.This research provides an important gist for the mold design of the layer.
