三相电压监控器设计

摘要 针对三相电压监控器的原理设计进行了分析和说明.该监控器是以单片机为核心,对三相电压进行监控.通过输入耦合电路获取电压,再经过AD7706三通道AD转换器实现模数转换送往单片机.单片机通过软件完成数据采集控制、数据处理、报警判断、显示等功能.单片机通过驱动继电器给出报警信号,显示器数码管实时显示各相电压.该监控器采用电压的有效值表示三相电压,抑制了电网的瞬间干扰.该监控器是通过电压互感器的方式获取监控电压,对三相电路没有影响,可以实现实时准确的多点监测,还可以根据实际情况更改报警电压限.样机完成了现场试验,验证了装置的稳定性和可靠性. This thesis mainly analyzes and illustrates the design principle of three-phase voltage monitor which monitoring the three-phase voltage with single-chip computer as its core.The voltage,which is got through the input coupling circuit,will be transmitted to the single-chip computer after modulus switch via AD7706,the three-channel AD electropeter.The single-chip computer has the functions of data gathering,data controlling,data processing,alarm judgement,display and so on by means of the software.It gives the alarm signal by driving the relay and the digital pipe of the display shows the voltages simultaneously.This monitor shows the three-phase voltage by using the effective value of the voltage so as to restrain the instantaneous interference of the power network.It won't effect the three-phase circuit because the voltage is obtained through the voltage mutual inductor and it also can finish the multiple-point monitoring simultaneously and accurately.The alarm voltage limit can be changed according to the actual situation.The stability and reliability of the equipment had been proved through the field test of the sample machine.
