微波辅助颗粒磁矩大小对反转速度的影响

摘要 对于存在相互作用的两颗粒磁矩系统,利用LL方程描述在微波场作用下颗粒磁矩的动力学行为,并考虑了颗粒磁矩之间存在的偶极作用与交换作用对磁矩反转的影响,研究了在微波场辅助反转的条件下,颗粒磁矩大小对反转速度的影响,提出了提高磁矩反转速度的有效方法. This paper has discussed the impact of the volume of the grain on the moment switching under the condition of microwave assisted based on LL equation,considering the interaction of exchange and dipole existing in two particles.The method to improve the reversal speed is proposed.
