摘要
目的分析厨房通风状况对贵阳市居民肺功能的影响,为初步探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的可能发病因素提供临床资料。方法在贵阳市区收集70名居民的信息资料,询问厨房通风情况,检测肺功能,分析其对肺功能的影响。结果厨房通风良好居民和通风不良居民FEV1、FEV1/FVC(%)差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论厨房通风不良对肺功能有损害作用,可降低FEV1/FVC(%),因此可能是COPD等疾病的诱发因素。
Objective To evaluate the influences of kitchen ventilation on lung function in population of Guiyang city. Methods The data of 70 residents in Guiyang city were collected.The kitchen ventilation were evaluated,lung function measured. Results There were significant differences in lung function between people with good kitchen ventilation and those with poor kitchen ventilation(P<0.05). Conclusion Poor kitchen ventilation can affect lung function,thus lowering FEV1 /FVC(%).It may be a cause of COPD,which should claim more attention to.
