摘要
在阐述润滑测试仪参数测试方法的基础上,提出基于直流电机转动的以滑环与滑块做相对运动的摩阻系数和极压膜强度测试实现方法,并提出以TI公司生产的DSP(数字信号处理器)控制芯片TMS320LF2407A为核心的总体设计方案。结合电力电子技术、专用集成芯片、直流电动机及控制等理论,详细分析了基于PWM调速方法及特性分析和速度测试方法,提出了电动机速度控制的控制策略。重点分析了PI控制器设计过程,并通过试验的方法对该控制器进行验证,结合润滑测试仪的使用情况证明了该调速方法的实用性和有效性。
Basing on expounding parameter testing method for lubricity tester,the testing method for friction resistance coefficient of comparative movement between sliding ring and block based on AC-motor rotation and that for extreme pressure film strength were proposed,including DSP TMS320LF2407A controller chip-cored overall design scheme;combing with power electronics,and theories on ASIC,DC motor and control,the PWM method,characteristics analysis and speed testing method were analyzed to propose the strategy for motor speed control;the PI controller design was specially discussed and experimentally proved.The experimental results prove both usefulness and effectiveness of this speed-regulating method applied in lubricity tester.
