摘要
针对永磁无刷直流电机运行中的转矩脉动问题,通过分析其运行过程,论述了永磁无刷直流电机移相运行时,反电动势对电机运行性能造成的不利影响。提出了通过加入电压前馈补偿的方法来改善电机性能,保证电机转矩平滑的方法。经验证,该方法可行,且达到了减小转矩波动的目的。
Aiming at torque ripple which bothering permanent magnet brushless DC motors(PMBLDCM),and basing on analyzing its operation,the back emf effect on the running motor was discussed and making use of voltage feed-forward compensation to improve the motor performance was proposed so as to ensure a smooth motor torque.The experimental results prove this method feasibility in reducing torque ripple.
