摘要
根据洪水灾情评价的特点,选用投影寻踪综合评价模型分别对我国1990~2008年的洪水灾情和1998年10个地区的洪水灾情进行了评价。结果表明:1991年、1998年和1996年这三年洪水灾情最为严重,2008年洪水灾情最轻;1998年山东灾情最为严重,甘肃最轻。利用投影寻踪模型可从整体上对洪水灾情进行评价,无需预先给定各评价因素的权重,且精度较高。
In accordance with the characteristics of flood disaster assessment,the projection pursuit model for comprehensive assessment is selected to evaluate the flood disaster from 1990 to 2008 and the flood disasters in ten districts in 1998 respectively.The results show that the flood disasters are most heavy in 1991,1998 and 1996 with the most light in 2008,while the flood disaster is most heavy in Shandong with the most light in Gansu in 1998.Generally,an overall assessment can be made on flood disaster with a higher accuracy by the projection pursuit model without predetermining all the weights of the evaluation factors concerned.
