摘要
结合预应力钢筒混凝土管(PCCP)输水工程设计实践,对其设计应用中存在的一些问题,诸如,采用标准的合理性、管材设计荷载的正确选择、接头试验压力选择、管芯混凝土强度、厚度和缠丝面积的优化等进行了研究,旨在促进设计参数选择合理,保证工程建设安全可靠并节省工程投资。同时,提出了一些相关建议,可供类似工程参考。
In accordance with the engineering practice of the design of water conveyance project constructed with pre-stressed concrete cylinder pipe(PCCP),some problems from the design and application of PCCP are studied herein,such as rationality of the standards adopted;correct selection of the design load for the pipe;selection of the pressure for the test of the pipe joint;the optimization of the strength,thickness and wrapping area of the pipe core concrete,etc.,so as to promote the reasonable selection of the design parameters,ensure the safety and reliability of the construction and then save the project investment concerned.Furthermore,some relevant suggestions are put forward for providing some references for the similar project as well.
