摘要
目的探讨外伤性脑梗塞的亚低温临床诊断和治疗分法.方法回顾性分析114例外伤性脑梗塞患者的临床表现、诊断和治疗情况.结果亚低温治疗组患者神经功能缺损评分及显效率均明显优于对照组.结论亚低温疗法可明显改善外伤性脑梗塞患者神经功能缺损评分,提高大面积脑梗塞临床疗效,且并发症少,值得临床推广.
Objective To investigate clinical diagnosis and treatment on traumatic cerebral infarction(TCI)by hypothermia.Method A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 114 patients with traumatic cerebral infraction,including the clinical manifestations,diagnosis and therapy.Result The neurological deficit scores and efficiency in hypothermia group were significnatly better than the control group markedly.Conclusions The hypothermia therapy for traumatic cerebral infraction patients can siginificnatly improve neurological function,the clinical efficacy,and reduce the incidence of complications,so it has good application prospect.
