摘要
目的探讨原发性脑干损伤的亚低温临床诊断和治疗分析.方法回顾性分析52例原发性脑干损伤患者的临床表现、诊断和治疗情况.结果亚低温治疗组患者神经功能缺损评分及显效率均明显优于对照组.结论亚低温疗法可明显改善原发性脑干损伤患者神经功能缺损评分,提高临床疗效,且并发症少,值得临床推广.
Objective To investigate the clinical diagnosis and treatment on primary brain stem injury(PBSI)by hypothermia.Method A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data including the clinical manifestations,diagnosis and therapy of 52 patients with primary brain stem injury.Result The neurological deficit scores and efficiency in hypothermia group were significnatly better than the control group markedly.Conclusion The hypothermia therapy for patients with primary brain stem injury can siginificnatly improve neurological function and the clinical efficacy,and reduce the incidence of complications,so it deserves clinic generalization.
