摘要 心肌梗死后由于局部心肌收缩能力减低甚至丧失,导致左室整体收缩不同步,进而引起心室整体形态的重构和功能的受损,而且不同部位的心肌梗死对左室整体功能和预后的影响可能也存在差异,
