摘要
目的:探讨闭唇型脑裂畸形的MR诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析15例闭唇型脑裂畸形的MR表现。结果:15例闭唇型脑裂畸形中13例为双侧脑裂畸形,位于额叶11例,顶叶2例。2例为单侧脑裂畸形,分别位于额叶、顶叶区域。T1WI呈条状低信号影,T2WI呈条状高信号裂隙,裂隙边缘见脑回状灰质信号,增强扫描脑实质内未见异常强化灶。11例侧脑室轻度扩大,裂隙连接侧脑室体部,体部边缘见三角形及尖角状突出,2例侧脑室边缘见团块状突起。结论:闭唇型脑裂畸形的MR表现具有特征性,MR在闭唇型脑裂畸形诊断中具有重要价值。
Objective:To investigate the value of MR in the diagnosis of schizencephaly.Methods:MR manifestations of 15 patients with schizencephaly were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The plain CT manifestations of foreign body in the esophagus were appeared as high density shadows in short or long strip,the thickening of the esophageal wall was shown in 6 cases,foreign body was penetrated outside of the esophageal wall in 5 cases,air around esophagus and in mediastinum,extensive air in mediastinum,and left lower lobe atelectasis in one case.Conclusion:MR manifestations of schizencephaly has some features,and MR has an important value in the diagnosis of schizencephaly.
