摘要
针对汽车涂装线中烘房温度控制由于多变量、非线性、时滞性强等特点所造成的控制困难、精度低等问题,提出了基于预测函数控制的烘房温度控制方式,建立温度控制模型,引入改进的协同粒子群算法,进行非线性温度控制系统的参数估计。通过烘房实例的仿真分析,证实了控制系统具有很好的鲁棒性和稳定性。
Aiming at the problems of difficult control and low accuracy for temperature control in dying room of automobile coating line caused by multi-variables,nonlinear and strong time lag,proposed a new mode for temperature control in the drying room based on predictive function control while creating a model for temperature control;also introduced the improved Co-PSO in parameter estimation of non-linear temperature control system.The simulation analysis of sample drying room proves that the control system has sound robustness and stability.
