摘要
设计阶段所生成三维模型,其包含的检测信息不能满足目前计算机辅助检测规划系统的需求。基于新一代GPS在产品数字化定义的基础上扩展GD&T数学定义、检测项目科学定义、检测规范、测量策略、拟合方法等检测信息,参照STEP应用协议AP219,采用XML中性文件的方式实现检测信息扩展与数据交换。
The inspecting and testing information contained in 3-D model generated in design phase can not satisfy current requirement for computer-aided inspection planning system.Based on the digital definition provided by the new generation of GPS products including extended GD & T mathematical definition and scientific definition for test items,plus the inspecting information on test criteria,measurement strategy and fitting methods etc.inspection information and data exchange could be realized by using of XML neutral files in reference of STEP application protocol AP219.
