摘要
基于我国近十年火、核电厂装机容量发展状况,从采用直流供水系统的火、核电厂循环冷却水排水所携带的热量出发,估算分析了我国每年电厂余热的排放量。结果表明,电厂在运行过程中通过温排水向环境水体排放的热量无比巨大,每百万火、核电机组每年排入环境水体的余热可折合标准煤约70~150万t/年,这些余热的直接排放将对受纳水体造成十分严重的热污染,如果能够回收利用,对节能降耗、保护环境意义重大、深远。在此基础上,结合黄浦江沿岸电厂温排水现状的实地调研结果,对进入黄浦江的电厂余热量进行了更深入的估算分析,并进一步探讨了温排水余热利用的可行性与发展前景。
Based on the development status of the installed capacity of thermal and nuclear power plants in recent ten years in China,the annual discharge of waste heat from the power plants is estimated and analyzed from the aspect of the heat from the thermal discharge of the circulating cooling system of thermal and nuclear power plants equipped with the once-through water supply systems.The result shows that the waste heat flowing through the thermal discharge into the environmental water during the operation of the power plants is quite huge and then causes a most heavy thermal pollution on the water concerned.The recycle and reuse of these waste heats have a great and profound significance for the relevant energy saving and consumption reduction as well as the environment protection.On the basis of this,the waste heat from the power plants along Huangpu River flowed into the river is estimated and analyzed in accordance with the result of the investigation made on the status of the thermal discharges from those power plants,moreover,the feasibility and development prospect of the recycling use of the waste heat from the thermal discharge are further discussed as well.
