红细胞同种抗体筛选在安全输血中的作用

摘要 目的输血前的不规则抗体筛选能有效减少或避免同种免疫引起的输血反应。方法将被检抗血清(血浆)与筛选细胞加入不规则抗体筛选检测卡中,置37℃孵育10 min,然后离心观察是否凝集。对抗体筛查阳性标本血清用抗球蛋白试验再确证,并进行抗体类型鉴定。结果抗体筛选结果采用卡式技术检出阳性9例(有4例自身对照也出现阳性),其中男性4例,女性5例;有输血史者3例,同时有妊娠史和输血史者6例,经抗人球蛋白试验确证阳性5例。结论开展输血前抗体筛选检测工作,对提高输血安全性有着重要的意义。
