摘要
目的探讨切开复位内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折的疗效。方法切开复位内固定治疗45例累及距下关节面的跟骨骨折患者共53足。末次随访时使用Maryland足部评分系统评价足部功能。结果 45例均获得随访,时间6个月～3年。骨折均愈合。足部功能评分:优37足,良8足,中5足,差3足,优良率为84.9%。结论切开复位内固定治疗关节内跟骨骨折,可保证关节面获得解剖复位,恢复行走功能,效果满意。
Objective To evaulate the effect of the operation for intra-articular calcaneus fractures.Methods 53 calcaneus fractures involving talocalcaneal joint in 45 patients underwent open reduction and internal fixation.The results were validated using Maryland Foot Score.Results 45 cases were followed up for 6~36 months.Excellent results were noted in 37 feet,good in 8,fair in 5,and poor in 3.Excellent and good rate was 84.9%.Conclusions The treatment of open redution and internal fixtion is a kind of good method for calcaneus fractures involving talocalcaneal joint.It can achieve anatomical redutcion and patients can recover walking ability.
