摘要
针对大学生就业选择问题,分析了大学生党员在主要劳动力市场就业、次要劳动力市场就业、创业以及失业四种毕业后的状态,提出大学生党员在就业工作中发挥先锋作用的建议。研究结果对大学生就业选择有指导意义。
In view of the problems in college and university students’choice of employment,an analysis was made of college and university Party members’four states after graduation in the primary labor employment market,secondary labor employment market,entrepreneurship and unemployment.The suggestion was then offered for these Party members to play a vanguard and model role in employment.The result is of guidance for students’choice of employment.
