摘要
新时期抓好基层党组织理论建设是高校做好党建工作的重要保证,也是履行和实现高校历史责任的必然要求,更是为了促进学校科学发展的必然途径和方法,在科学学习党建理论的基础上,结合高校实际,论述了新时期高校基层党组织理论建设的意义,分析了高校基层党组织理论建设的不足,并对基层党组织理论建设的具体途径提出了措施和建议。
In the new period,adequate theory construction of Party organizations on community level is not only the guarantee of qualified Party constructtion in college and university as well as the require-ment of fulfilling and implementing their historical responsibility,but also inevitable methods to promote their scientific development.Based on scientific knowledge of Party construction theory and the practi-cal situation of college and university,the elaboration was made on the significance of the theory con-struction of their Party organizations on community level in the new period.An analysis was made of the construction insufficiency.Proposals were then provided on the concrete measures and methods in the theory construction in question.
