摘要
首先对外周血红细胞图像进行中值滤波和数学形态学中高(低)帽组合算法预处理操作;再通过区域填充,将环状区域复原为完整红细胞形状;最后通过基于距离变换的分水岭算法使粘连细胞进行有效分离,并且可以得到精确且封闭的区域轮廓线.
The paper introduced a segmentation method for peripheral red blood cell image.First,median filter and mathematical morphological high(low) caps combination algorithm are implemented as pre-processing step;then the ring region is recovered to full cell ring shape by region filling;Finally,adhesive cells are separated effectively by the watershed algorithm based on the distance transform,and accurate and closed contours can be achieved.
