摘要
高校价值链是指高校为了生产有价值的产品或服务而发生的一系列创造价值活动。从高校内部来看,学校层面的价值链可以分解为学校资源运作价值链、行政运作价值链、教学科研运作价值链、学生管理价值链。高校外部价值链包括高校与政府关系价值链、高校生源价值链、高校与人才市场价值链、高校与社会关系价值链、高校竞争对手价值链。只有实现高校内部和外部价值链之间、内部各单独价值链之间的协同运作,才能共同创造学校价值的最高值。
The value chain of the institutions of higher education is series of activities in creating value for valuable products or services.In the internal of institutions of higher education,the value chain can be decomposed into operation of school resources,operation of administration,operation of teaching and research,administration of students.In the external,the value chain includes the value chain of relations between institutions of higher education and government,of the college students,of institutions of higher education and the need of talents,of relationship with the society,of the competitive rivals.Only with the collaboration among these internal and external value chains can we achieve the highest value of a university.
