摘要
社会资本可以为新疆受援高校实现跨越式发展、缩小教育差距提供其所需的各种资源。本研究基于新疆受援高校社会资本的实际情况,以新疆若干所受援高校的调查数据为样本,主要研究了外部社会资本的关系维度、结构维度、认知维度与新疆受援高校成长绩效间的关系。分析结果表明,外部社会资本的各维度与新疆受援高校的成长绩效呈现正相关关系。
The social capital can provide the required resources for Xinjiang Counterpart Supported Colleges and Universities to achieve leapfrog development and reduce the education gap.Based on the actual situation of university social capital,the survey as the main research method,lots of Xinjiang Counterpart Supported Colleges and Universities,the research mainly studied the relationship between relational dimension,structural dimension,cognitive dimension of the external social capital and growth performance of Xinjiang Counterpart Supported Colleges and Universities.The results showed that it was positive correlation between the external social capital and the growth performance of Xinjiang Counterpart Supported Colleges and Universities.
