摘要
苏共文化领导权发展经历了一个"探索与建立——坚持与偏离——衰退与丧失"的演变历程。苏共文化领导权衰落的原因,从国际环境来看,主要在于西方国家"和平演变"的影响;从国内环境来看,主要在于斯大林体制负面效应和"重评斯大林"运动的影响;从主观上来看,主要在于列宁之后的苏共领导人没能树立科学的"列宁主义观"。苏共文化领导权的衰落,使马克思列宁主义主流意识形态合法性在苏联丧失,这是苏联最终解体的思想理论根源。研究苏共文化领导权的历史流变,对于我们把握马克思主义文化领导权建设一般规律,加强新的历史条件下中国共产党文化领导权建设,具有重要的启示意义。
The cultural leadership of CPSU has experienced a changing course:'exploration and establishment-persisting in and departure-recession and loss'.From the perspective of the international environment,the reason of decline of the cultural leadership of CPSU lies in 'the peaceful evolution' of western countries;from the perspective of the domestic environment,lies in the negative effects of Stalin's system and the effect of campaign of 're-evaluation of Stalin';from the perspective of a subjective point of view,its main cause is that Soviet leaders failed to establish a scientific 'view of Leninism' after Lenin.The decline of the cultural leadership of CPSU leads to the loss of Marxism-Leninism mainstream ideological legitimacy in the Soviet Union,which is the theoretical origin of disintegration of the Soviet Union.Researching the historical evolution of cultural leadership of CPSU has an important enlightenment for our grasping the general law of building cultural leadership and strengthening the construction of the cultural leadership of CPC under the new historical conditions.
