摘要
深层稠油压井作业经常遇到一次压井成功率不高、工期长,上提下放遇卡、稠油返到地面后硬化回收困难等现象。经过长期探索、研究和实践形成了一套技术交底、准确计量、连续补液、密度调整等过程控制措施中的反循环节流连续压井作业工艺技术,保证了修井作业的顺利、快速进行,取得了显著的经济和社会效益。
Such problems are often encountered in deep heavy oil kill operation as: success rate of only once killing is not high;working time is long;it is possible to meet sticking in the process of operation and heavy oil hardens when it returns to the ground,making the recovery difficult.Based on a long-term research and practice,a set of continuous kill operation technologies with reverse circulation throttling used in process control like technical disclosure,exact measurement,uninterrupted fluid infusion and density modulation has been developed,which enables workover treatment to be done in both smooth and rapid way,thus getting striking economical and social returns.
