摘要
企业思想政治工作旨在解决广大干部职工思想、观念、政治立场问题,提高干部职工的思想觉悟,达到稳定职工队伍,建设和谐企业的目的。随着企业的发展和改革的不断深入,广大干部职工精神需求逐渐趋于多样化、多元化。思想政治工作的环境、内容、形式等也更为复杂。面对新形势,思想政治工作要努力改变工作思路、创新工作方法,在继承优良传统的基础上,创造性地开展工作,以适应不断发展变化的新形势,解决工作中出现的新问题,确保企业和谐、健康、稳定发展。
Ideological and political education is targeted at shoring up workers' loyalty and solidarity by elevating workers' political consciousness with guidance on way of thinking,right perspectives and political stance.As the business development and reform wage on,workers has gradually taken to more diversified psychological demands and the contents and forms of ideological and political education as well as context have become more complicated.Against this backdrop,the relevant authorities have to change working ideas and methods and open up to new thoughts while respecting time-honored traditions in order to meet the demands of ever changing circumstances.By doing so,a business can guarantee an extended and healthy life.
