摘要
油田采出液中的泥沙除去方法主要有沉降分离法和离心分离法。常用设备主要有沉降罐、沉降池、螺旋离心机及撬装组合式泥沙处理设备等。沉降式设备的工艺流程长,功率较低;离心分离设备及撬装组合式设备效率高、综合成本低,得到了越来越广泛的应用。
There are mainly two methods of removing the sediment from oily produced fluid-settlement separate and centrifugation.The frequently-used equipments include setting tanks,settling basins,spiral centrifuges and skid-mounted sediment processors.Settling equipments are slow in processing and work efficiency while centrifuges and skidmounted equipments boasting of high efficiency and low costs are gaining more popularity.
