摘要
针对哈乌扎克气田硫化氢含量高、井斜、产量大等特点,根据气藏构造特征和井身结构开展了高含硫气井试井方案优化研究及实施效果评价。配套了专用高抗硫试井设备,优化设计了试井仪器串下入深度、试井仪器串长度、加重杆直径等参数,结合试井工艺优化配置了井下试井仪器串组合。通过对试井方案优化设计和应用,实现了高含硫气井试井全部一次成功,从优质的试井资料中求取到了准确的储层产量、温度、压力、表皮系数、渗透率等地层参数。应用结果表明,优化设计后的试井方案完全适用于哈乌扎克高含硫气田,一次试井成功率和施工安全率达到了100%。
Xayзак gas field is characteristic of rich hydrogen sulfide,slant wells and big yields.This paper studied on how to improve high sour gas well testing plans and evaluated each plan according to the features of gas reservoir structure and well structure.This paper suggested the equipment of specialized ultra-sulfur-proof testing facilities and optimized the parameters of testing tool strings such as landing depth,string length and weight bar diameters. The improved testing plan had been a great success in all the sour gas wells applications in just one try.Researchers had acquired accurate stratum parameters from the testing data such as reservoir output,temperature,pressure,skin coefficient and permeability.The result suggested that the improved testing plan worked perfectly well with Xay?a? sour gas field and achieved an instant success in testing and perfect safety rate in operation.
