Mn及其它元素共掺杂对稀磁半导体形貌和磁性的影响

Efect of Mn and other element co-doped on Crystal Shape and Magnetic Property of DMS

摘要 采用水热法,以3mol/LKOH为矿化剂,填充度35%,温度430℃,通过添加适量比例的MnCl2及CoCl2、CuCl2、SnCl2等作为前驱物,合成了稀磁半导体晶体.与单独掺杂Mn离子的稀磁半导体相比,共掺杂除了对晶体形貌产生较大影响外,并没有使室温磁性有所增加. The ZnO Crystals of diluted magnetic doped Mn2+ and Co2+、Cu2+、Sn2+ ions were synthrsized by hydrothermal method. These experiments were finished by mineralizer of 3mol/L KOH,the fill factor of 35% ,reaction temperature of 430℃ ,and time of 24 hours. Compare the co-doped with the Mn doped DMS,the co-doped did not influenced the Magnetic Property,and only influenced the Crystal Shape.
