摘要
介绍了陶瓷刀具、金刚石刀具和立方氮化硼刀具的特性以及应用.并通过两例难加工材料的高速切削实例来说明超硬刀具材料在高速、超高速切削加工中的应用.
The paper mainly introduced the properties and applications of superhard cutting tools,including diamond tool,polycrystalline CBN tool and ceramic tool. Furthermore,cases of cutting hardened steel and magnisum alloy are provided to introduce that the super hard tools are widely used in high speed cutting.
