催化还原NO_x催化剂的制备及性能研究

摘要 采用浸渍法分别制备了以堇青石蜂窝陶瓷为载体,以Cu、Cu-Ni、Cu-Ni-Ce为活性组分的催化剂.采用程序升温法,利用固定床流动化反应评价系统评价各催化剂的催化活性.三个催化活性呈现Cu<Cu-Ni<Cu-Ni-Ce的规律.对三个催化剂催化还原能力、比表面积及孔径分布等进行测试分析比较. Several catalysts , cordierite as carrier and Cu , Cu-Ni , Cu-Ni-Ce as active components , were synthesized by impregnation method.This paper adoptted the method of temperature progress to evaluate the selective catalytic reduction ( SCR ) activity of all the catalysts conducted in fixed-bed fluxion reactor.The experiment results show Cu<Cu-Ni<Cu-Ni-Ce.The structure characterization of Cu , Cu-Ni , Cu-Ni-Ce were analyzed and discussed by some characterization techniques such as TPR , BET , pore size distribution and so on.
