摘要
首先对国内建筑能耗及建筑节能评价研究现状进行了分析.结合北方寒冷地区建筑的特点研究了建筑节能综合评价的指标体系.采用ISM方法分析影响因素,使影响建筑节能的因素由浅入深的层次化.给出了建筑节能指标体系的解释结构模型,并对结果进行了分析.
Building energy consumption in domestic and the research progress of evaluation of building energy conservation are introduced in the paper.Design principle and construction of the buildings in the northern cold area , comprehensive evaluation criterion system of building energy conservation is studied.Important factors are summarized and analysed with ISM , then these factors are classified from low to deep.The interpretative structural modeling of sustainable development model for building energy conservation is presented , then the results analysis are gotten.
