摘要
以深圳福田红树林藻种范氏冠盘藻(Stephanodiscus hantzschii)为测试藻种,研究了范氏冠盘藻对双酚A(BPA)的生物富集与降解。结果显示,范式冠盘藻对BPA具有较弱的富集能力。当BPA浓度为1、3、5 mg/L时,藻细胞最大富集量分别为6.77、27.58和59.52 ng/mg FW。范式冠盘藻对BPA具有一定的降解能力,浓度为1、3、5 mg/L的BPA在10 d内分别有70.76%、44.99%和37.57%被藻细胞降解,其降解动力学方程可用二级反应动力学方程较好地拟合。
The bioaccumulation and biodegradation of BPA were investigated with Stephanodiscus hantzschii,a diatom isolated from tidal water in Futian Mangrove Nature Reserve.The diatom had weak accumulation capability on BPA at 1,3,5 mg/L,and the maximum accumulation amounts were 6.77,27.58,59.52 ng/mg FW,respectively.When the diatom exposed to the BPA at 1,3,5 mg/L,the BPA was degraded in the media after 10 d at 70.76%,44.99%,37.57%,respectively.The BPA degradation process could be fitted well with the second-order biodegradation kinetic equation.
