摘要
调查了湖南省凤凰县588例(男265例,女323例)苗族中学生的蒙古褶、上眼睑皱褶、铲型门齿和耳垂等4项人类群体遗传学我自的出现率.结果显示:1)蒙古褶97.62%,上眼睑皱褶55.10%,铲型门齿89.28%,耳垂83.50%;2)蒙古褶率、铲型门齿率、有耳垂率男女性间无显著性差异(P>0.05);3)苗族有上眼睑皱褶男性为50.57%,女性为58.82%,有上眼睑皱褶率性别间存在显著性差异(P<0.05);4)4项遗传学特征间无相关关系.
This paper reported the frequencies of Mongolian pleat,eye fold of the upper eyelid,shovel type front tooth and earlobe among the 588 people of(265 males,323 females) Miao nationality in Fenghuang Hunan.The result revealed that:1) the frequency of Mongolian pleat was 97.62%,that of eye fold of the upper eyelid was 55.10%,that of shovel front tooth was 89.28%,and that of earlobe was 83.50%;2) there was no significant difference between the male and the female about the frequencies of Mongolian pleat,shovel front tooth,earlobe(P>0.05);3) there was significant difference about eye fold of the upper eyelid between the male(50.57%) and the female(58.82%);4) there was no correlation among the four genetic characteristics.
