摘要
通过典型案例,探讨了城市商住一体化建筑噪声污染的监测技术及其噪声评价标准,对相关噪声标准的制定及调整具有一定的参考价值,为类似的噪声污染纠纷调处提供了一定的指导作用.
This paper probes into the monitoring technology and noise standard in mediation of noise pollution disputes of commerce-residence buildings through typical case analysis.It has certain reference value for establishing and adjusting the relevant noise standards,and it can also provide some guidance to similar pollution dispute mediation.
