摘要
目的对突发性聋患者心理状态进行分析,开展针对性心理疏导,减轻心理负担,使其主动配合治疗,提高疗效。方法将86例单耳突发性聋患者按住院时间点前后分为对照组和实验组,两组患者药物和高压氧治疗方案完全相同,实验组则在此基础上,评估患者心理状态并给予系统的心理干预。结果实验组有效率为88.37%,对照组为69.77%,两组治疗前后听力提高经统计学处理,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论有针对性的心理疏导对增强突发性聋患者治疗的配合程度、主动程度以及提高治疗效果非常必要。
Objective To analysis mental state of patients with sudden deafness,in order to carry out specific psychological counseling,alleviate psychological burden,improve the treatment effect.Methods 86 cases of patients with single ear sudden deafness were divided into experimental group and control group.The pharmacological treatment plan of two groups were completely the same,and in the experimental group,appraised the patients' psychology and gives system's psychological intervention.Results In the experimental group the effective rate was 88.37%,the control group was 69.77%,there was a significant difference in hearing enhance-ment between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted psychological counseling on sudden deafness were very important.
