摘要
目的探讨足月妊娠中地诺前列酮的临床疗效。方法观察80例足月妊娠产妇使用地诺前列酮的反应和疗效。结果用药后58例阴道分娩,产程为(5.04±2.96)h,经阴道分娩率为72.50%,22例剖宫产。结论地诺前列酮在促进宫颈成熟的过程中起到显著作用,为临床有效、安全和方便的促宫颈成熟和引产的药物。
Objective Of full-term pregnancy in the dinoprostone clinical efficacy.Methods Observed 80 cases of term pregnancy using dinoprostone maternal response and efficacy.Results 58 cases of vaginal delivery after treatment,production process is(5.04±2.96),vaginal delivery rate was 72.50%,22 cases of cesarean section.Conclusion Dinoprostone for cervical ripening in the promotion play a significant role in the process,as clinically effective,safe and convenient for cervical ripening and labor induction drugs.
