摘要
吴汝纶不但文学思想上承传了曾氏衣钵,其用人思想也颇具曾氏遗风。曾国藩重视人才,善于用人并在用人过程中培养人才的思想,在吴氏的具体行事中都有所体现。吴汝纶在用人思想方面受到曾国藩的影响,仅仅是其所受曾氏影响的一个很小的侧面。但是从这一侧面,恰恰可以看出曾国藩对近代文化的影响之大、之细微。
Wu Ruguan not only iterary ideological heritage of Zeng mantle,the thought of using rather had's legacy.Zeng Guofan respected talents,was good at using people and training talents in thought in the the process of using,which were all embodied in the specific action of Wu.Wu Ruguan in person thought was influenced by Zeng Guofan,which was only a small side by Zeng effects.But from this side,it could tell us that Zeng Guofan had great and deliate influence to modern culture.
