Enterprise culture is the cornerstone of private enterprise survival and the power of growth,the source of development, the key to enhance the core competitiveness of private enterprises,and the driving force for sustainable development of enterprises. Enterprise culture and management complement advantages each other,and the cultural advantages form competitive advantage. Private enterprises should understand rightly and choose the enterprise culture strategy of sustainable development,advance with the times,innovate continuously,ensure the vitality and competitiveness of enterprises,integrate and optimize enterprise culture and form a complete cultural system.
